About Here's My Price (HMP)

HMP has created a networked concept that will shift the consciousness of the customary Home Buyer and Home Owner. HMP believes that soon there may be two types of asking prices for homes: One is the asking price of homes that are for sale, and the other is the asking price of homes that are Not for Sale

Management and Ownership Background

Arlan Berglas is a Real Estate Developer, Property Manager, Charity Consultant, and Executive Director of "We, The World " (WTW). WTW is a non-profit organization that develops global networks of collaboration, and organizes large public gatherings to build mass involvement in the creation of a peaceful, caring, and a sustainable world. Passionate about helping nonprofits raise money, Arlan voluntarily mentors Executive Directors as well as their Board of Directors with the aim to help the different charitable organizations raise the needed funds for their cause.

Here's My Price is one of over 50 unique fundraising programs that Arlan created to help ALL nonprofits raise funds, without any outlay of cash from the nonprofit itself. HMP donates 10% of the HMP Program fee to the sellers favorite charity with every transaction.
Arlan Berglas started developing in 1980, and currently owns and manages a commercial building, several residential homes, and over 1,000 apartment units. His experience purchasing properties NOT FOR SALE over the past 33 years is the basis for the creation and the success of Here's My Price.

Mission Statement

The mission of HERE'S MY PRICE, LLC (HMP) is to unite Buyers, Homeowners, and Licensed Real Estate Professionals (REP's) through web-based marketing and public relation efforts. HMP specifically focuses only on properties that are NOT CURRENTLY FOR SALE. Through strategic marketing and capacity building efforts, HMP introduces new levels of engagement to Buyers, Homeowners, and REP's because the notion of selling homes that are NOT FOR SALE is atypical to the normal real estate transaction.
HMP gives an incentive to Buyers to purchase homes that are NOT FOR SALE; REP's cater to a new market of Buyers, and Homeowners that until hearing about HMP had no thought of selling their home at their price. Its underlying mission is to increase sales, and property values in all neighborhoods. HMP also integrates philanthropy by allocating 10% of each transaction to the seller's chosen charity. We recommend REP's collaborating with HMP to do the same.

The Bottom Line

HMP has created a networked concept that will shift the consciousness of the customary Home Buyer and Homeowner. HMP believes that soon there may be two types of asking prices for homes: One is the asking price of homes that are for sale, and the other is the asking price of homes that are NOT FOR SALE.
